Wendy is a partner in G&W Consulting and owns Wisewolf Consulting which specializes in the management of change.
Wendy has depth experience as a manager and consultant. Her core skills lie in performance and service improvement and change management. Adept at problem solving in service and contract delivery, operations and in challenging projects and programmes, she specialises in performance and assurance review and in problem solving. She is the person you bring in when that one thing you thought was straightforward turns out not to be! She is used to dealing with diverse stakeholder groups and complex clients, making sure their needs are met. Her experience includes both public and private sector. She has worked in the broadcasting sector and in central government, as well as having been a director of a government agency, a large voluntary organization and a small sport’s promotion company and she has earned her stripes in line management!
In her spare time Wendy is a creative writer and poet!
