Geoff is a partner in G&W Consulting and owns DRM Consulting Limited
Geoff’s core skills lie in managing people, programmes and projects and applying his analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills to delivering change, benefit realisation and risk governance. He has built a reputation as an evidence-based performance and assurance reviewer who is used to dealing with complex client and stakeholder groups and making sure the benefits they believed they were getting are actually delivered. He has recently developed a performance review methodology for contracts, projects and programmes with a business partner and continues to provide support to the BBC around supplier performance.
With over twenty-six years experience in both private and public sectors, including working with such organisations as British Gas and McKinsey, Geoff had a varied and senior employee career. Since becoming a management consultant in 2004, he has delivered projects within banking & finance, defence, manufacturing and public sector organisations including the BBC, Transport for London, Transport Road Laboratory and Chelsea & Westminster NHS Trust.
